Refunds for Guest Users

In this article, we will cover the cases in which you are eligible for a refund. This information is based on our Refund Policy, which can be found here.

Canceled Order

If we are unable to verify your order or if the order is canceled due to other reasons (read more about them here), we always process automatic refunds to your LegitGrails account first. If you are a guest user and have never used it, you can sign up for a free account using the same email with which you completed an order. In this case, after you finish the sign-up, the refund will be automatically processed to your new account and you will be able to use those credits to submit an authentication.

Delayed Order

We strive to deliver the check results within the ordered timeframe, but sometimes, delays may occur. In such cases, you are eligible for partial refunds. We will return the difference between the price of the ordered timeframe and the price for the actual delivery time.

For example, if the result was supposed to be delivered in 12 hours but was actually delivered in 13 hours, we will refund the difference between the 12-hour check price and the next available timeframe, which in this case would be the 24-hour option.

For orders that were supposed to be delivered in 24 hours but were delayed, we will refund half of the cost.

Note: To be refunded for a delayed order, you need to contact our support team via support@legitgrails.com or chat at the bottom right corner of our website.

Incorrect Outcome

Even though providing an accurate outcome for every check is our main priority, mistakes can happen.
If you have doubts about our outcome, you can request a free double-check procedure. If we find that our initial outcome was wrong, we will process a full refund for that authentication order. However, if the double-check procedure confirms our initial outcome was correct, you will need to contact our support team and provide two certificates from third-party authenticators that state the opposite result to ours. If you provide such evidence, we will refund the amount you spent on our authenticity check.

When Will the Refund Reach You?

Please note that all automatic refunds are processed as credits to your account at account.legitgrails.com, linked to the same email you used for the purchase as a guest user.
