Order Timeframes & How They Work

While submitting the order, you can select the desired turnaround time: 30 minutes, 2 hours, 12 hours, or 24 hours. The sooner you would like to receive the outcome, the higher the price will be. The timer takes off when you submit the order and is set on hold for the photo requests.

For example, if you have ordered a 30-minute check and after the first 10 minutes, we send the additional photo request, the timer will be stopped. After you upload all of the required pictures, our authentication team will have 20 more minutes to examine the item.
