How Does It Work?

Please note that this procedure does not apply to canceled orders and "Unable to Verify" outcomes. For more information on possible outcomes, please visit here.

  1. Initiating the Double-Check: Once you request a double-check, your item will be re-examined by our authenticators

  2. No Additional Cost: This procedure is free of charge and does not require any additional payments.

  3. Time Frame: The double-check process will be completed within 48 hours.

  4. Photo Requests: During the double-check, we might request more photos. If you cannot or do not want to provide them, the procedure will be canceled.

If the double-check results in a different outcome, we will update the certificate issued for your item accordingly. We will also process a refund for you in authentication credits or back to your payment method in case we committed a mistake.
