How to Track the Order as a Guest User

We update our Guest users about their orders via the email address provided at checkout. Here’s what to expect and how to ensure you receive our communications.

Order Confirmation Email

After you place your order, keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email. It usually arrives right away. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Junk folder as it might have ended up there.

Whitelist Our Email

To ensure you receive all our emails, add our email address to your whitelist. This can typically be done in your email settings. Here’s a guide for Gmail, but the process is similar for other email providers.

Incorrect Email Address

If you still can't find the confirmation email, there might have been a typo in the email address you entered. No worries! Just contact our support team, and we'll help sort it out. Order Status Updates

We will keep you updated on your order status via email. This includes:
