Authenticity Certificates for Guest Users

After our team of authenticators completes the evaluation of your item, you will be notified of the verdict via email. If the outcome was "Fake" or "Authentic", we will create an authenticity certificate which will state main information about the item and our outcome; the file with the certificate in this case will be attached to the outcome email. The result and authenticity certificate will also be visible on the dashboard in your LegitGrails account after you log in. Please note that we issue authenticity certificates when the item was deemed to be authentic or counterfeit, if an order was cancelled or we were unable to verify it, an authenticity certificate will not be created. 

When the order is ready you will receive an email with the outcome from us. The link to your certificate will be added there if we can issue one.

You will also be able to find the page with your certificate using its unique code:

1. Open this page: https://certificates.legitgrails.com/

2. Insert the unique code of the order;

The page with your certificate is always available and you can use it to prove to others that LegitGrails  issued the certificate for the authenticated item.
